Shun Kagerou Santoku 18cm
Description
The Shun Kagerou Santoku is a Japanese all-purpose kitchen knife. Like a chefs knife, the Santoku is used for just about every cutting job in the kitchen.
The Santoku is as easy to use as a chef's knife and is especially well suited to a down-and-forward cutting motion (push cut). Slightly shorter than the standard chef's knife, the Shun Kagerou Santoku is light, agile, and very easy to manoeuvre. There's just enough belly curve to enable rocking cuts, which just adds to the Kagerou Santoku's versatility. The 70-layer dual-core construction combines flexible VG 2 steel with extremely hard VG 10 steel, creating exceptional sharpness and edge retention that makes every cut effortless. Many cooks swear by their Santoku for top performance, and the symmetrical grey-marbled PakkaWood handle provides exceptional grip and control.
All Shun Kagerou knife purchases come in a beautifully presented gift box.
