Felix knives are individually hot drop forged and hand finished in the traditional manner by highly skilled craftsmen.
Felix Solingen, Germany - records show that since 1790 the Felix family, who made a living by farming, was already busy manufacturing pocket knives during the winter. In 1843 Karl Gustav Felix registered the metal working plant Gustav Felix at the district Court in Wuppertal. Today after 6 generations the Felix company is still a family business located in the heart of Solingen, Germany.
Felix is proud to be a traditional Solingen knife company with a history of more than 160 years.
